NC Game Day XV - January 26

Lets see. Signed up for Dread in the morning and I have my own afternoon Iron Claw game to run. Hope I get players.

Other than that I am wondering about the cook-out. When it will be, where it will be and most importantly if there is anyone willing to drop by my place on Gorman St (between Western and Avent Ferry) to gimme a ride to said cook-out.

Also a morning pick up would be loved to get to the gameday itself as it is cold walking in the mornings (but I can do it).

hmm if All goes Well I'll be in two games that widely use the d12.

The cookout will be at my house starting at 7:00 on Friday night. If anybody needs directions then send me a PM.

"Dread: The First Book of Pandemonium", the game I'm running at NC Game Day, was originally released in 2002. A new edition (the Unrated Edition) was released in August of 2007. This is a violent, gruesome game of horror-action with a d12-based resolution system. More information can be found here: http://www.dread-rpg.com

There's been some confusion in the past, so I just wanted to get that out of the way first.

Rafael, are we going to pick characters there or are you going to put up some for us to pick from?

Curioso

Great question!

There are six pre-gens to choose from, which I'll be bringing with me. You can check them out here: http://www.dread-rpg.com/downloads.html (it's about halfway down the page).

Character creation takes a few minutes, so even if everyone wants to create their own character, it won't slow us down at all.

Mmmm some neat characters. I personally found Oni and Dirge quite interesting. If noone else has issue with it, I'd like to try my hand at Oni - however fun Dirge sounds, I think I'm up for some quiet violence..

Well, Dremmen recommended it to me, so I was the one who locked the morning up.

Well, then thank you very much! I like playing with a full table. :D

Excellent. I'll cross Oni off the list. :)
