D'oh! Well, if nothing shows up, I may go back to Chapel Hill to spend some time with my sainted Ma. She's putting me up for the weekend. Of course, if a good game gets an opening, I can always blow her off :).

Double-doh! I bet there will be openings in games... :)

I have completely failed at finding information. Can Rel or someone in the know post an address for the cookout tonight? I know I had it in a previous email which has long since disappeared on a dead laptop hard drive.

Thanks!

I just sent you an e-mail with my address. Let me know if you don't get it.

Fun! Fun! fun!

I want to say, "Thanks!" to everyone who either ran a game for me or played in my game on Sunday.

It was, as always, loads of fun. And I'm again looking forward to the fall iteration of NC Game Day.

I had a blast. I played in another "Dread-Pandemonium" RPG outing, thanks to Rafael, had some excellent Mongolian stir-fry for lunch (which I don't normally get around my locale), and ran what turned out a successful AD&D game for a group of very enthusiastic players. I have definitely got to find a way to stay the whole weekend next April, because there are not enough hours in the day to hang with the number of people I want to hang with. Finally met KidCthulhu! (Hopefully, see you again in less than seven years. :D)

I hope everyone got back safe and sound.

First up, re Amedeo's restaurant: Sorry to all who had to experience that crappy situation. I promise that next time around we'll have a much more user-friendly dinner on Saturday night.

Regardless of that one black spot, the rest of the NC Game Day was pure awesome. We're now into our 6th year of doing these so it should probably stop surprising me that the folks who attend are so fantastic. And yet it still does. It was a total delight to host Piratecat and KidCthulhu (whom, it was agreed, was easily dirty and depraved enough to qualify as a member of CM and needs to get an account there ASAP) as well as reveal and Kiznit.

I had a blast running both of my games and I LOVED the Dread and Underoo Avengers games I got to play yesterday. The entire affair was top notch and I look forward to seeing you all again soon at either GenCon or (hopefully) the next NC Game Day.
