Holy moly! I wish I had known there were this many old Daytonians on the boards!
Who's still in the area if we put together a game day this summer?

Also, another testimonial on Westford Hill -- it's kind of creepy to me to walk into a gaming store that spacious, open, and airy... I'm used to a little claustrophobic and preferably somewhat dim...

Too bad they, like all the dang gaming shops around, only devote in-store play-space to wargaming.
Also, if mini-type games or CCGs are your thing, Bell Book and Comic on Patterson (the one that runs east-west out of Oakwood, not the North South one downtown) has frequent game nights.
Back to the Game Day musings -- I bet if you asked real nice/begged and pleaded, you could get some participation from Westford.. The employees seem like pretty nice guys, and have had some clueful observations about the couple of books I've purchased there, so perhaps they wouldn't be adverse to throwing some tables up a couple times a year.
Also, I can probably haul some fresh Game Day blood outta Miami County if Ohio ever gets around to hosting another one...
