Consider this constructive criticism. I like TOH quite a bit and it does get used in my games. One thing I do feel it is lacking in is descriptive text for most of the monsters. Perhapse in TOH II you might want to make a point of describing the monsters to a greater degree.

Most monsters will be at least a page, if not more in some cases as the "fluff" is there this time. And definitely covers a lot more than it did last time. (Fluff includes combat section as well where it tells how each monster reacts, attacks, etc...)
