[Necromancer Games] Tome of Horrors II: Cover Preview Posted!

In general, I'm looking forward to it. But Merric's point is well taken--whether you liked Tome of Horrors I may not be relavent here--ToHII will be 100% original monsters and thus a very different product.

I understand that they're two different types of monster books. It's just that NG's books have been so high quality, at least IMO, I have faith in them that this book will be full of good badies to throw at my party that I'll put it on my list. They have yet to disappoint me.

One of my mantras: You can never have too many monster books.

The one thing NG would have to do to get more money out of me would be to have my FLGS stock their products. Any NG product I get I have to specially order in, and that's an absolute pain. As a result, I only go for the really prestige products that I know I want - e.g. Necropolis and Tome of Horrors (I).

This should be good, I'm just hoping for a bit stronger binding. Though maybe I just got a bad one.

We are really proud that like Tome 1, Tome 2 will be basically 100% open game content. We took great pride in working so hard to promote good usable open game content in T1 and we are happy to continue that tradition in T2. Which just means the book becomes more valuable for you, the user, because other publishers are free to use content from T2 in their products.
