Need adventure suggestions

I will be running a D&D game for a group of kids ages 10-12 using either AD&D/OD&D. Can anyone suggest a good adventure that can be completed in 1 or 2 sessions that will be good to introduce the kids to role playing and is exciting enough to keep them interested throughout the game?

Keep on the Borderlands always seems to be a winner. If those are two 6 hour sessions you may even finish all of it.

If you have it, run one of the adventures from the Greyhawk Adventures anthology (Treasures of Greyhawk, iirc). They were mostly short and to the point.

White Plume Mountain. It's a classic and has a good variety of fun encounters. I?t is also easy to lower the lethality if needed.

I'd recommend that you take a look at Cleric's Challenge, although it's for 2E. It has a simple story, but it has all the classic D&D tropes: rising monster populations, an important magical MacGuffin, and a short dungeon right around the corner. I've used it as the introductory adventure for five seperate campaigns.
