Yes. Off the top of my head, material from psionic sources, epic-level, and some divine rules were added after the fact.

My first response to your post is to point you to dictionary.com. Damn, I hope you have a good editor. Seriously, if you're posting about wanting to become a publisher of OGL material, shouldn't you have actually put a little bit of effort in writing your post in English? As it stands, you have given the impression that you are not serious about this; it's just some half-arsed idea.

Do you have any OGL products? If you do, check out the OGL page. Use that as a model for how you do yours. And remember every product needs to include such a page.
