D&D 5E Need Help Building a 5th/6th level Cleric Bad Guy

Long Story Short-

Play in a rotating DM type of game, guy who was supposed to run can't make it tonight and I have to run my game a week early. I am "mostly" prepped but I haven't statted out the monsters yet.

I need to build a 5th or 6th level evil cleric by like 5 PM EST. He's going to be an underdark goblin losely based off a DROW.

Thinking something like:

AC: 17 (Chain Mail +4, Dex +1, Shield +2)
HP: (6d6 +18) 38
FEAT: Combat caster (or whatever it is called, adv on concentration checks, can cast spells as a reaction, can cast spells while using shield and weapons)
SPELLS:

0
1 Inflict Wounds
2- Hold Person, Silence
3

Spell Like Abilities:

a couple

Special Abilities:

Some sort of 4E like aura

He's gonna need some minions. I used undead and spiders all ready. Thinking about using something else.

The story behind him is that he is working with a cult of a shadow demigod. I don't have the why he is working with them just yet, I was hoping a good idea would roll in.

The underdark goblins (Droblins) are a product of drow/drider magic/science. They have been breeding and experimenting on goblins for centuries to make better minions.

The encounter will be in a forest that will be clouded by a giant shadow cloud that has been summoned.

Any ideas on terrain, abilities, spells, whatever, I would appreciate it.

Not that easy...

Skills: Insight, Persuasion

Cantrips: Sacred Flame refluffed to deal some sort of shadow damage. {actually none of the cantrips is very useful or appropriate. You can pick Guidance, Thaumaturgy and Resistance just to have all 4 but won't have much occasion to cast them.}

Divine Domain: unfortunately we don't have a choice since we only have Life in Basic. It's not thematically appropriate, but it's not a big deal. He's just going to heal himself and his spiders, which isn't wrong.

Spells prepared: Command, Inflict Wounds, Hold Person, Silence, Dispel Magic, Spirit Guardians (probably more for high Wisdom)

Actually if you still have the 7th (or so, anyway March 2013) playtest packet, you could pick The Reaper or The Trickster as your deity, and you'll get a fairly nice result.
