Need help calculating Encounter Level - My players keep out!

I'm looking for a challenging encounter that will only turn into a likely TPK if they are foolish about their plan. Suggestions?

For an EL 10 encounter (which will likely result in the death of one or more characters even if they are quite careful), drop the cleric down to level 7, subtract 1 level from all the gnolls (making the Rgr1's into War1's), and drop one of the hounds. That gives you roughly an EL 10, though it might be wiser to have some more of the grunts away from the camp (maybe sentries?), where the PCs can ambush and kill them before dealing with the rest of the baddies.
