Need help finding a feat/class ability

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, so I appologize if I'm wrong, but it seemed the most relevant.

I've spent all night looking for an ability that I know exists, but there are just so many books to look through, and having looked in all the obvious places I thought it was time to call in the calvary.

I'm trying to build a prince of persia style acrobatic character, and it seems to me that I've seen a feat or class ability somewhere that allows you to walk on walls. I believe the exact nature of the ability lets you walk on any surface so long as you begin and end your turn on a stable floor.

The problem is, I play a lot of d20 modern, DnD, and Spycraft, so it could be in any book from any of those lines, and I simply cannot seem to find it.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about please let me know I'm not crazy. It's most likely not in any third-party works because a friend of mine who isn't familiar with anything outside of the core lines believes he has heard of the ability as well.

You want the Up The Walls feat, which requires psionic focus and is in the XPH.
