Need help IDing a low level magic item

I'm working right now so don't have my notes, but have an issue with a magic item I handed out to the group in recent weeks.

It was some sort of amulet (neck slot) that I believe added +1 to all defenses, including AC. However, I'm having trouble locating that item within DDI again. However, I could swear I found it before and it was +1 to all defenses, not just Fort, Reflex & Will.

Am I going crazy, or is there a neck slot item that does that? This would be a lower level item - levels 1-4.

Closest thing I can think of is Cloak of Distortion +1 (level 4). It still gives +1 FRW, but as a property, it also gives item bonus to all defenses against ranged attacks from more than 5 squares away equal to the item's enhancement bonus.

Could it be Cloak of Distortion, it has this:

Property: You gain an item bonus to all defenses against ranged attacks from more than 5 squares away equal to this item’s enhancement bonus.

My Compendium Fu has failed me... Or you're crazy. The closest I've found so far is the one mentioned above, Cloak of Distortion.

Well, cloaks are neck slot items, same as amulets.

It might be an RPGA item- apparently those weren't vetted by the designers and so got pulled from the database.

So, it might have been in there before, and then not in there later?

Defensive Staff on a Staff of Defense wizard grants +1 to all defenses

Aversion Staff has:
Property: You gain a +2 item bonus to all defenses against attacks from enemies that are subject to effects caused by you.

Dazzling Plate has:
Property: You gain a +2 item bonus to all defenses against charm, fear, and psychic effects.

Armor of Dark Majesty::
Property: You gain a +2 item bonus to all defenses against enemies under your Warlock’s Curse.


There's also some that give it until your next turn.
