Need help powering up a character idea (based on an illustration)

I think that if you take 1 psionic warrior level for every two monk levels, and select your feats as Inertial armour, imnproved inertial armour, expertise, dodge and psionic dodge, you are effectively unhittable.

The few low level psionic warrior powers will also greatly help you in mobility.

I think Human , Fighter/Cleric

He looks like a priest bearing tattoos of his deity and his phsyique is huge so he could be a strong fighter.

High strength and high wisdom,
He can then fight with his mind (not literally)
