Ok some nice suggestions there.
I'd totally forgotten about Telekinesis; I could really ruin someones day using that to hurl X arrows that I can enchant with Keen Edge and Flame Arrow.
Mind Fog definitely sounds interesting seeing as my main back up to Necromancy is Enchantment for that all round warlocky feel, (without actually being a warlock!).
Summons 5 is a definite contender. I've always liked those Lantern Archons seeing as they can pump out a steady 2x 1d6 touch attack rays I believe? Not instant game winners but a continual wear down of HP's.
Hold Monster and Dominate are tempting also.
Not sure about the walls and rock to mud though as the arena tends to change each round or so, so they're not "guranteed" to be even marginally effective.
