Actually that's why most of these "normal attacks as touch attacks" special abilities or spells are seriously wrong. From a stylish POV. IMHO. YMMV.

That sentence above assumes touch attacks don't do damage (like a sword blow) but deliver something (like electrical charge). Now the wraithstrike spell or other "crap" to me is simply some game mechanical toy, it's nothing I can imagine in a nice way. Sue me.

EDIT: Are you allowed to use Libris Mortis? There's a level 2 assassin spell that gives you a blade that makes touch attacks...
