Need Opinions on a Game Situation

...

Hmmmm....I actually like that whole "something moving into the body" scenario. Im going to throw that one at my DM see what he feels about it. That might make it more interesting for the elf player as well. A few sessions of somewhat normal play....then some fishy things start happening.

Again, thanks for all the great comments and opinions. They helpe immensely. And on a side note, this thread has had the most posts of any thread I have ever started...wooohooo. I did post in it like 6 times...but still....woohooo....lol. Thanks again.

an update

Well, we had our game night tonight; the first one since the "catatonic elf" incident. All is well.

Right off the bat, the elven player apologizes for the actions of her elf last week and that she was wrong for the way she played her toward the end. So that was cool.

She wasnt playing a Harper. She was instead playing the niece of the mayor of our home town who we know because she visits the town a few times a year. She was a cleric of one of the FR gods, Selune or something.

And of course, the halfling freaked out when we got back to town and blamed himself for the events, due to him not being there to help. Some really funny stuff. He finally got out of his depression just in time to see the dwarf burst into black flame (special power of his axe) for about a round. This of course sent him ove the edge and he freaked out. We laughed our butts off.

All in all a really good game tonight. Looking forward to next week, as when we left off, we were traveling down a river on a big river raft, with the dwarf motionless in the middle. Deathly afraid of water. And the halfling is right next to him. Talking in his ear. A lot. All in all some fun stuff.

Again, thanks for all the opinions and comments.
