HMS Dreadnought or USS Lexington - for the era, top-end military tech applied to a naval vessel. Downside: owned by the Government, gives you a ride to where the job is that needs done and some supplies (but no help). Upside: can cover your retreat / escape with the McGuffin and prevent hostile pursuit.
Wedding Gift Toaster - everybody appreciates this and either can use one or knows somebody who does. +1 CHR to Persuade (or Bribe?) somebody to do you a favor.
55 Gallon Drum - full of some fluid (usually industrial chemicals) but could be empty. Create rolling travel obstacle or A FIRE and smoke.
Waterbed - as you expect. Jinxed version has cold water in it or squishy slime / mold / mildew or springs a leak on you. If this item is rare, folklore or spam ads say it has aphrodisiacal properties.
Listerine - original flavor. How can something that tastes so bad be good for you? +1 CON (and break any breathalyzer) to anybody who can swish with this.
