Saturday morning. Let the gaming commence! Each gamer that gets a slot at one of the tables walks home with a printed copy of the game.

You could make it like an improv. At the end of hte seminar:

Mod: "Okay, someone call out a genre."
Audience Member #1: "Gunpowder fantasy!"
Mod: "Good. Now we need a mechanic--just one mechanic."
AM2: "Uses only a 12-sided die!"
AM3: "Make it competitive!"
AM4: "Uses coins!"
Mod: "Coins? Sounds cool. Finally, we need a title."
AM5: "The Root of All Evil!"
Mod: "Excellent! Okay, game designers, your clock starts ... now!"

I am officially organizing this. Gen Con '06?
