D&D 4E New 4e Character Sheet

First off I am by no means a professional. I used Inkscape, a lot of hard work, and lots of time to make this character sheet for my players. We felt that the PH version simply did not work for us. As well as the fact that we use Ander power cards, so that made a lot of the stuff we found online much to cluttered and full of stuff we would never use.

I would be glade to read your 2 cents, even if its just your opinion. Based on feedback, I would like to make changes and post a more improved version.

Otherwise enjoy.

At this point in my D&D experience, the thing that I look for most, in character sheets, is a place where I can list triggers and consequences. Just in case you were looking for feedback. Even at mid-paragon, I have a hell of a time remembering all the details that my character can bring to bear. So, a tall area that has an "if" column, a "then" column (probably the widest), and a "because" column (so as to cite what feat, item or power is at play), would be great.

Also, I'm a big fan of fillable pdfs.

Ferghis I called that block you suggested "Combat Maneuvers". Its on page 2, is that what you imagined?

I'm in the process of trying to find a free PDF Form editor so I can make a fillable version. No luck so far.

I'd missed that area. Nice work.

Another, perhaps more radical, suggestion: move all the information that is not indispensable for combat (abilities skills, equipment, xp, gold, rituals, languages, and so on) to one side, and the combat stuff to the other side.

That would be amazing. Just let me do some final touches before you do your magic. :p

no problem. just link the new sheet when done and I'll see what I can do to break it ;)

couple of questions. I'm assuming the check box in front of the skill name is means trained? What is the small square in the upper right hand of ability modifier box for?

those of you that use fillable sheets do you use them them actively during the game on a computer or do you print them out and still manually mark on them? Just wondering if I should spend the time making all the check mark boxes and all of the areas for notes fillable.

The box to the left of the skill name notes if it is a Class-Skill while the box in the upper right corner marks it as Trained.

The +5 and +1/2 level bonuses are added to the ability mod of the skill in that column. This way you only have to change a few numbers when you get a stat increase not all of them every even level (thus, leveling is less tedious).
