D&D 4E New 4e Monsters

You know the crazy tentacle monster from Lord of the Rings when they are about to head into Moria? I think it might be officially called the Watcher in the Water? Anyway, here's a request for that (probably an elite heroic tier monster).

thanks guys appreciate the support. as soon as i can get Zaster's requests of Hastur and Tsthoggua (i believe thats spelling) the Watcher in the Water will be next. keep them ideas and such comin.

I liked the Deep Ones that you stated up (perfect imo) Your just missing the half-breeds or people with the "Innsmouth Look"
