New character creation/Game of death!

Well, seeing as how everyone is talking about it. I am submitting a character for Hades. My original idea was for a champion of Pan, but as I was flipping through books something caught my eye. Of course, then the rules changed to 12th level with no XP overage and everything got screwed up anyways...

Heh I totally am going for Eros,
I have a neat idea for combat, but even if he sucks I have cool ideas for all the eq eros will give him, Including the LURVE BOW
And Now I try just being a LURVE god, Only downside is the requirement to have high cha so even if I die in 1 round I look good doing it

As an aside Can I request that after people are knocked out of the arena they characters are made public so we can all enjoy the work people put into their characters and items.

And TWO Questions, will we know how many rounds we have before combat starts, or will we be protting "blind".
Can we enter the arena with activated items, or will all itmes be "de activated" at the start of each round. (can see everyone uses roudn one to switch on all their shinie weapons etc)

I have a character idea, for a champion of Hephaestus.

I'm wondering about many rules questions - many of which have probably already been gone over in private emails (like are subraces from MM allowed (like forest gnome), etc)?

Have there been updates to the tourney2 doc to encompass the questions people have been asking in private? Not answers that compromise the character concept, but general rules questions, perhaps...

Yes, once dead, all characters will be posted.

you will have 0-3 rounds, but you don't know even once you are in the arena how many you will get, kind of builds tension that way. anything that has an "off" switch will be considered off at the beginning of combat.
