New Class: Psychic Thief

This class is currently under construction. Here are a few details.
The core stats:
- Hit die: d4
- Skills: 8 per level; skill selection as rogue but with Autohypnosis, Concentration, Stabilize Self, and Knowledge (Psionics) thrown in.
- Base attack bonus: as wizard
- Saves: as rogue

Roguelike ability progression:
- Sneak attack +1d6 at first level and then once per three (4th, 7th, etc). Sneak attack also expanded to include a sneak attack for psionic attacks (no specifics yet).
- Uncanny Dodge: Received one level sooner but changed so that the character relies upon psionic powers to maintain it (so if the character is out of power points or in a null psionics field, the effect is canceled).
- Evasion. Received at 3rd level.
- Special abilities: Removed entirely. Between Sneak +5d6 and +6d6 will get Improved Evasion; will get another 3 levels later.

Psionics:
- Combat modes, power points, powers known: Probably all exactly like Psychic Warrior.
- Power selection: The main bulk of the powers will be psychoportation (Dex), just as most of the Psychic Warrior's were psychometabolism. The power selection will be significantly different from, although modeled after, the PsyWar list.

What are the Pre-reqs to qualify for this PrC? :D


Sorry, I really hate the idea of adding core classes. If anything, I think there are already too many of them. (3 might be a good number)
