New d20 product spotted! DM Graphic Encyclopedia

First Post
Here is a link to a new d20 company I just discovered called "Dreaming Merchant Press". They have a supplement out called the "D.M. Graphic Encyclopedia" which features an A-Z mishmash of monsters and magic items, each with a full color illustration... Has anybody heard of these guys or seen this product? I found it by accident while searching ebay for d20 stuff.

The link below lets you flip through the book (but you can't read the text because of the size).

Very Interesting!

I have to say that looks very interesting, slightly offbeat. I'm curious at least!

Can't argue with full colour art too!

Went through all the pages there, definately worth checking out!

Hmm I find it amusing that they go on about how bad b&w art is, considering how awful their own art is. I'm consistently amazed and dissapointed by the poor quality of art in most d20 products.

Their art is not really bad, it's a bit... normal? I mean, it's too plain, too typical. You cannot say it's bad, it's only typical, I think.

But the product is full color and not very expensive, maybe it's worth a second look...

And it has its amount of cheesecake Avalanche-like girls :)

Computer generated art often looks sterile!

Which is the impression I get from some of the art, but I certainly wouldn't call it poor! At worst its 'quirky'. ;)

Wayne Reynolds is the best artist working on d20 products as far as I can see. But I imagine he also gets paid a lot? Which is probably why weaker artists are predominant - they are cheaper!

I like the concept. It reminds me of the books that I buy for my son on topics like "Firetrucks" and "Medeival Life". The content seems a little hmmmm questionable, the artwook a little over the top. But I do admire the concept.
