I actually checked, and LSpy is an RPGA "member enabled" game... which is to say, it's sanctioned by the RPGA but managed by AEG. I have a sneaking suspicion based on past RPGA behaviour that when SC2.0 hits the streets, LSpy will lose its RPGA sanction as the RPGA is now largely a marketing arm for Wizards and an OGL Spycraft doesn't help sell D&D PHBs.

I suppose that depends on whether or not you play LSpy, doesn't it?

Given the existing plans for the campaign, I feel pretty confident in the following statement:

Regardless of whether or not the RPGA withdraws their "sanction," the campaign will continue.

Now my personal musing:
If this does happen the name may change. IIRC, the RPGA has a lock on the term "Living" when referring to campaigns.
