I recommend checking out <a href="http://www.septemberquestion.org/lumpley/lumpley.html">his other games</a> (finished as well as unfinished), all of which are free. He's got a fairly minimalist aesthetic when it comes to game design, IMO, and from what I've seen his games are brilliant, inventive and innovative (particularly in terms of design and mechanics). I followed a link to the kill puppies for satan page a few weeks back and wound up spending the better part of a day just reading through his work. It's good stuff.
