These things frakking rule. We've been using them ever since we started playing 4e, and after the initial adjustment period, they really speed up play and give strong visual delineation between conditions.

Bob the gamers are just regular players.. like my players they:

Dont min/max, munchkin, dont see power combinations, dont see loopholes, dont abuse rules, use common sense..

Ill use those tips and we are used to rolling an lot in an round
