New Hampshire Gameday - Sat. Dec. 6th

Thanks for a successful Gameday

Thanks Silvermoon & Kriskrafts for being hosts - everything went very well.

Thanks Ghul for the crawl through Castle Zygag. It is always fun killing things and taking their stuff. I really enjoyed having Prentise exercise his back stabbing. Alignment be darned! Who needs to talk to anyone that looks like a meat bag of xp carrying treasure?

Thanks SM for another Roaring 20s game. It was fun, and I wasn't the only one using a bad Irish accent this time! Its always a successful adventure when I get to smash cars and wontonly shoot people, especially "those olive oil smelling canolie smokers" (quote inaccurate - look for the real thing later in this post)

Lastly, thanks everyone who was there. It was good to game with you all. Thanks for putting up with my son and I.

Yes! Thanks again to everyone, but especially to SilverMoon and KrisKrafts. We had a great time.

The actual quote was (and I'll preface this by pointing out I'm Italian IRL): "Welcome to Chicago, you cannoli-smokin' spaghetti monkeys!!" (Insert tommy-gun sound effect here).

Thanks for being such wonderful hosts. Ao and I are home safe and sound, no problems with weather or anything else.

And thanks to the GM's and my fellow players, you're what makes it worthwhile!

Glad to hear you're back safe. We had a good time ourselves, although I'm not sure that we'll be doing another one anytime soon given the kids' activity schedules these days.

Let Scholar know that he left his dice here, which is rather ironic given a conversation that he had about those dice.

and now that I sent off that PM,

SM and kriskrafts, thank you so much for hosting a wondeful gameday, and for running me through some very fun adventures( and for being very welcoming when I crashed your house friday night:p)

it was a pleasure playing with all my old friends, and very nice meeting a bunch o hte new folks

Had a wonderful time! Thanks to all my players for making the experience so enjoyable. I nearly TPK'd the lot of you, which is always a bonus. Is it close enough to call it a TPK when everyone falls except for one gy who drains a potion of invisibility and runs for his sorry life? :)

Cheers,
Jeff T.

Hey just registered to post to this thread. First a big thank you to my hosts for thier generousity and hospitality. Second thank you Jeff T. for a memorable and fun game. Seeing as I'm the guy who saved his sorry life with the expeditious use of a potion followed by a hasty retreat I would say it's close enough to call a TPK!

It was quoted several times on the way home........

BTW it was awesome to meet and game with you. You should make your way to Boston sometime!

Yep... this was it.

Thank you for hosting Kris and Silvermoon. Also thank you for making such a wonderful lunch. :D It was a lot of work and I want you to know we really appreciated it!

Thanks to AO, who ran the most awesome Peanuts game ever. (And came from NY to do it) So many great quotes from this one. One of my favorites is Charlie Brown telling Lucy, "You are so contentious. This is why you are going to die alone and barren." And memorable moments, such as Snoopy on the ride-on lawn mower with the chainsaw for a mounted assault on the Great Pumpkin. Made. of. win.

Thanks to SM for running the Roaring 20's game. How often do I get to make fun of an Irish temper? I never do..... And the quote mentioned above made it into our quote sheet, which I would be happy to post anytime.
