New IE/XML Issues with eTools and Windows Update

Fast Learner

First Post
Back when I first installed eTools I had the common printing/stat block problem others had. I installed IE 6.0 and the problem was solved.

A few days ago Windows Update provided an IE security bug fix, which I installed.

Now I can't print , export, or see stat blocks again. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions?

downloading XML parser doesn't fix the problem

I have two machines, and at one time, they both worked fine and could print out character sheets. Windows Update has done who knows what to them, but now one of them can print correctly while the other one can't.

On the one that is broken, I tried downloading the specified XML parser, but that doesn't fix the problem.

Looking at IE's about screen, I can see that there was an update version Q328676 only on the broken one. That was supposedly a fix for Outlook Express, but it appears to also break printing from etools :( [It still prints, but no matter what you do margin-wise loses about an inch from the right side, making the sheet useless...]

Does anyone know how to fix this? I would post on fluid's board, but they have been down for at least a week . . .

I still have the same problem and can no longer print from any of my 4 machines. Neither updating to the suggested XML 3.0 parser (suggested by Wizards/Fluid) nor updating to the XML 4.0 parser has made any difference. I posted this same question on Fluid's boards when they were up and received no replies.
