New Items, Vehicles and other cool stuff.

Here is something that i thought might be kinda cool.

Quick Arm Spring Loaded Arm Holster(s) (Weapon Accessory)
Size: Small
Weight: 1lb
Purchase DC: 17
Restriction: Lic (+1)

The Spring Loaded arm holster has been made popular in many Hollywood movies. Easily concealable, one is always ready for a fight. Commonly used by undercover agents or criminals who need quick access to a firearm when things get hot. When purchased left or right arm must be specified. Activation arms a character as a free action. A sleight of hand check DC 12 to activate. On a failed check weapon does not eject and character does not have access to weapon this round. It can carry only weapons of small size.

For those looking for a little non-lethal item.

Stun Baton (Weapon)
Damage 1d3/1d6
Critical: 20/19-20
Damage Type: Electricity/Bludgeoning
Range: -
Size: S/M
Weight: 3lbs.
Purchase DC: 8
Res: -

Combining the best of both worlds the stun baton looks to be a normal collapsible metal baton. With the press though a surge of electricity tells your opponent a something all together different. Extending or collapsing the baton is a free action. A collapsed baton can’t be used to strike opponents but can be used to shock. When using the stun feature on a successful hit it deals 1d3 points of electrical dmg, and the target must make a Fort. Save DC 15 or be paralyzed for 1d3 rounds. When used to strike an oppent 1d6.

Hehe, this is the first thing I did after getting the book. Actually, I probably did it after reading the SRD. I don't allow it to be collapsed, and it's restricted. On the other hand you can bean someone with it and zap them at the same time.

Thump-Zap!

I think that allowing it to be used both ways it a bit too much. with each hit you are doing both electical damage and lethal damage. Then they also have to make a save each time. I think that is a bit much. What did you have for a save DC? What is the DMG being delt?

1d3+1d6 (DC 15)
It's a dangerous weapon. That's why it's restricted to military and law enforcement.

An M2HB is a dangerous weapon as well, that's why it's Mil (+3).

Yeah, beaning someone with either one is probably going to be pretty decisive. Hehe.

Make sure you're wearing a rubber suit.

Shadow Chasers application?

Dareon,

This is too cool! Those arm holsters are the best!

After I showed this to my wife (Fluffaderm on the boards), she pointed out that Angel (from the Buffy spin off) uses this sort of holster to hold wooden stakes.

Too, too cool!

Thanks for sharing.
