Given all the fuss over the DDI initative, I believe we tend to forget what is WOTC's main source of revenue BY A LARGE MARGIN.

How come no comments about the new M:TG site?

Well, this is a D&D website, hence the focus here is on D&D.

For what it's worth, I hate the new website. It took me something like 3 or 4 clicks to get to the actual content... lame.

Yes, that's my issue with it too. Getting to, say, MaRo's latest column takes 2-4 times as many clicks, each with 2-4 times the load time, compared to before. And I dislike all the black.

Stopped playing like 10 years ago. Only went back there to read some old articles and reminisce, so the new layout really just gets in my way...:p

The loss of the RSS feeds mean the one has to dig, dig, dig through layers to get to the content. Making the good stuff harder to find sometimes seems to be their web team's raison d'etre.

People still play that? I had no idea. :)
I stopped playing around when fallen empires came out.
Lets me just check on.....OMG that was 14 years ago.

I stopped playing after exodus. Though I continued to keep up to date with ongoing tournaments and expansions for a while until 3e came up and sucked up all my spare time...:p

Once in a while, I still boot up apprentice and load some random combo deck to goldfish.

Turbozvi was ....interesting...to say the least.;)

That's actually pretty common... Lots of people have an experience where Magic dies out in their local town so they assume the game is completely dead, when in reality AFAIK it's done nothing but continue to grow ever since it came out.
