errr where does it say it's not?

Well, it says it's an Forgotten Realms adventure, but, since the thread is about cover art.....
The cover art clearly marks it as something other then an FR acessory. For comparison, check the Tearing of the Weave adventure cover art. It matches the FR style, but this adventure does not. I'd have to assume therefore that it is going to be FR-lite.

For some big adventures, look for the release of my Slumbering Tsar trilogy by Necromancer Games through Kenzer, or as I like to call it, a half-million words of Orcusy goodness. The first installment should be appearing on shelves some time this year with the other two not far behind. They're in art production right now.

Having been through a part of the playtest on the first installment, let me just say that it's not for the faint of heart. Oh, . . . stupid tar dragon stole my great club . . . and ate the paladin . . . but mostly stole my great club.


I also can't wait for the Drow book to come out. Not just because I used to beat up one of the authors, but he let me create a couple of the NPCs that appear (that is unless they got cut).

And as for any revenge about the whole childhood thing, he has more than made up for it (rackenfracken Vesicant!)

Am I mistaken or is that a room from the legendary Quasqueton in your avatar, Brent?

P.S. Ixnae on the ar dragontae. The sucker hasn't seen print yet. I've only seen a few pages of the finalized verison of the drow book, so I don't know about those NPCs. My guess is that they would make the cut, though. They were pretty cool.

I know it's an irrational dislike, but for me it's completely valid.

Just get over it, it will make you a better person.

It's not as extreme as some of the stuff I've read here (it's actually not bad in itself), but it does go in the same direction: There's some serious hatemongering going on here that makes ENworld as bad as the Wizards boards at times (again, you're not contributing to this here, but you do seem to realize that your dislike is irrational). If people got over this, it would make the net a better place. As it is now, it sickens me.
