A wastelayer is a very feared and deadly beast that gets its name from its capability (sp) to destroy entire towns.
It resembles a massive rhinoceros with beet red skin and six legs. It has three horns and very large nostrils.Wastelayers are about 20 feet high at the shoulder and 35 feet long. They weigh about 45,000 pounds.

combat:
Though it is a herbivore, the wastelayer is very ill tempered, similar to a normal rhino. It attacks anything that remotely resembles a threat.
Trample(ex): a wastelayer can trample a large or smaller target with a successful bull rush, inflicting 5d6+20 points of damage.
breath weapon: every 5 rounds a wastelayer can use its breath weapon. It is a 50 foot long cone of fire. damage 15d6, reflex half (dc 30)

Oh man, this is not something I would want to meet in a dark alley, heck, it's not something I would like to meet, period.

Very cool by the way. :D

I think that the correct Ac is + 22

Attacks: horn +30, kicks +25
damage: horn 3d6+10, 4 kicks 2d6+10
face/reach: 15 ft by 50 feet/ 10 feet
special attacks: trample, breath weapon

Ok.

saves: fort +32, dex+15, will+12
There is other mistake here, the base save this creature is Fort +12, Reflex +12, Will+6,
with the abilities bonus wshould be:
Fort+32, Reflex+12, Will+6

abilities: str 30, dex 11, con 30, int 2, wis 10, cha 5
Ok.

feats:trample ?, power attack
Well, in the magical beasts the number of feats
are calculated as follow (1 + int bonus) +1/4 extra Hit Dice. In the first level 1 - 4 = -3, so this creature in the first level don't have feats.
However, this creature has 20 HD and because this receive 4 feats.

climate/terrain: any warm plains
Organization: solitary

Ok.

Challenge rating: 20?
In my oppinion, should be 26, let me explain.
(300/4.5/3) aproximatelly 22, +1 by AC > 20, +3 by SR, damage reduction and fire resistence.

22+1+3 = 26

treasure: none
alignment: always neutral
advancement: 20-33hd gargantuan, 33+ hd colossal

i would say it's the creator's choice more than anything. compare to monsters with similar forms for ideas. :)

Is there a formula for Natural AC or is it just chosen by the person that makes the monster?

Generally it's chosen by the author. There are some general guidelines that have been invented in various Monster Creation systems (Skip Williams', for example), but use your own judgement, especially with large critters like this. Remember in the CR calculator that an AC over 20 adds +2 to the Hit Dice total.

AC:34 (-6 size, +28 natural)
I think that the correct Ac is + 22

As long as you add the base of 10 for a total AC of 32.
