Level Up (A5E) New Online Tools Updates

A few updates to the online tools, which are getting closer to coming out of Beta.

• Monsters and Exploration Challenges have been added to the existing Spells, Magic Items, and Combat Maneuvers.
• All the raw data entry is now done. We're now going through and applying the same errata that was applied to the hardcovers.
• There's still minor formatting and ton of internal hyperlinking to do.

I also added today a nifty little feature I think will be quite useful when leveling up your character. On a class page, I've added level icons next to each feature, which makes it super easy to scan down to see what you get next.

“Getting closer” is the term I used. That’s as specific as you’ll get at this stage.
