New Order for Sub-Forums?

Is it just me, or are the Industry Forums now listed individually above the "Gaming Action" ones, thus pushing them down?

Was there a reason for the change?

They were in "RPG Forums", which was the section above Gaming Action, so they are in the same order they were before. Just have their own category, with the addition of the Open Gaming Foundation's listervers, since Ryan Dancey does not have the time to administer them any longer.

But they were like collapsed together before. . . It just threw me for a loop, I guess.

Well, that I prefer "gaming action" to supersede industry talk.

I'm sure you already know this, but maybe someone else reading this doesn't. On the right hand side of the forums there are little minimize buttons to collapse parts you don't want to see.

These forums are so large these days nothing surprises me when I find a new feature anymore.

I discovered this recently (like, within the last year), and it annoys me in a subtle way.

See, I only really want to see the main forums, and then one or two of the sub-forums from each category. For example, of the three forums in Meta, I only want to see Meta itself. In Hosted Forums, there's exactly one forum I want to see. In Gaming Action, I'm really only interested in Story Hour ... etc.

Hopefully ENW-II will have a way to hide forums with more granularity.

Sort of a pick and choose style, like at the bulk candy section of the store. Gotta get rid of that licorice!
