Small Creature

Dark Vision, 90ft

+2 racial bonus to all science based skill checks. (IE: almost anything that's technical, medical, or ends with '-logy')

These are the obnoxious little big headed little space aliens from every damn aliens abduction move around.

Seen it, but I wanted to make them a player race and not lovecraftian puppets, hence this write up.

Hmmm... great. There are so many ways you can play them off too, from from frightinly analitical and emotionless (cold logic is seldom kind, and is often frightening) to obsessive compulsive scientists with an anus-obsession (they probe so many of them...)

Just an idea, but how about -4 str, +2 dex, -2 con, +2 int, +2 wis. They seem rather dexterous with those spindly little fingers of theirs that seem to always find their way into unwilling caveties... *shudder* And they cant be too intelligent or wise as their ships are always crashing into our planet :D
 

An other good few on grey can be found in Dark Conspiracy. They have powers of the mind( e.g. telepathy) it would explain there big heads. But i like the idea you send.

about the +2 dex i don't think so they realy much on drugging victims and apduct them(imho) so they are not very fast and all.

Actually, I'm thinking my Greys will be a hybrid of all of these ideas.

Da Tim, I like your stat bonuses. I agree about the Dexterity.

And Euthanus, I think telepathy with each other is the way to go, thus keeping my PCs from conversing with the aliens.

In the end, I'm looking to have aliens who are Intelligent, but not too Wise. And they should crumple when a PC hits them.

Why, you ask? Simple. I can definately see my PCs "getting the drop" on thier abductors as soon as they can. Knowing my group, they'll kill the little buggers right away. That's fine.

Fighting aliens is easy. Flying a space ship full of dead aliens when the most complicated piece of technology you've ever seen is a toaster?

That's Priceless. ;)
