New RPGA DM with some Questions

Hello, I have waded through the website trying to figure out how to sign up and have failed completely. I have a DCI/DDI registration, but RPGA eludes me.
Pedr, perhaps you can direct me to the correct email address to write to... I would be much obliged.

Use your DCI/DDI registration. They are the same number now.

Right, but I'm supposed to email somebody my snail mail info to get an RPGA registration, and that address had eluded me.

Really? I was under the impression you just logged into the RPGA site with your DCI number. It's the RPGA members who had issues (since their number changed). Here is all I can find, but that issue there seems to be with members who want to combine existing DCI and RPGA numbers.

If you are a DCI member and have an eight- or ten-digit DCI number, you are also an RPGA member. You may have to get the 'D&D - Player' membership added to your account, though this is automatic the first time you play an RPGA event, and - I think - automatic if you pass the Herald-Level GM test in the Judges' Center.

Two questions will help me figure out what help you need:

1. Can you log in at http://webapp.wizards.com/personal.aspx?

2. What, exactly are you trying to do - in other words, why do you want to be an RPGA member?

I'm sorry, I was wrong. I have a DDI membership/registration, but no number. So my goal is to get a DCI/RPGA number so that I can join the RPGA, run games etc.
I am unable to log in at the link above. I've read through a number of threads and tried to follow their advice, but no dice. Unfortunately, the closest store that holds RPGA events is a ways away.
Thanks for your help!

Gotcha.

To obtain an RPGA number, fill in this form: http://wizards.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/wizards.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php?p_prods=1144,1150 - turn-around should be less than a week.

You may need to create a customer service account, or log in with your Wizards forum account. If you get an error message, see this thread: Trouble Accessing our Help System? Post here. - Wizards Community

You may also have to join the WPN as an organiser to organise events (here: Wizards of the Coast - Search); you will have to pass the Herald Level GM test to organise D&D or Star Wars rpg events - once you have a DCI number and password and can log into the DCI members' area, you can access the Judges' Center via the right-hand menu in the members' area.

Hope that helps! There are lots of helpful people on the RPGA boards at Wizards: RPGA - Wizards Community - you can PM me there (same username) with any other questions.
