New Spell: Ray of Oblivion

A new spell, Ray of Oblivion, has been added to EN World's 5E Spells Database.

A shimmering, colorless ray stabs out to the target and strikes unerringly, dodging around obstacles, other creatures, etc. When struck, the target creature must make and Intelligence saving throw or forget one item of magical knowledge at random (the information lost is not able to be specified by you or the target). This spell originally came from Ed Greenwood's article on the Incantatrix in Dragon Magazine #90. Since I converted the incantatrix to a sorcerous origin for 5e, and this spell has a meta-magic type effect, I feel that it belongs on the sorcerer spell list.
