New to the boards, just saying hi!

Well - ok not to burst your bubble or anything, but you being the only male in the class warrants some staring. It doesn't mean they're attracted to you, perhaps some are, but it does mean they are at least curious about you - as in why you're the only male in the class.

Hey! No prob! :D :D I seriously doubt that!

Just ask the one you actually care about asking. I mean - I don't exactly go up to every guy who's attracted to me and ask (it would be very embarrassing, quite egotistical, and frankly take up too much time of my time). I just accept that they are, acknowledge it, and move on.

So if you like this brunette and your curiousity is driving you crazy and you're comfortable with it, just ask her.

;)

Yeah I must concur, that it is egotistical. :p

Re asking her out, is that a good idea?

Once again, hi!

Just checked out your site, btw, quite excellent I must say.
Does the Star Wars RPG possess any alignment rules? If so, then what are the alignments for the respective characters on the site?

Hi

To me, the idea of avatars is that they represent you in some way. When you see a post of someone, his avatar is next to it. In no time, you're associating that avatar with that person. Easy to identify. Actually, I got a little confused reading some threads where KitanaVarr and someone else with a real similar avatar both posted. Kinda annoyed me, but oh well.

In this way, I also see people with a male avatar as male and a female avatar as female. Of course that's not how they really look (unless photo's are used as avatars, which happens on one board I'm visiting), but that's how they are represented in my mind. Sometimes people that are new to forums take a picture they're attracted to, not something that they think represents them. That usually confuses me like mad. Some 14 year old boy having an avatar of a female supermodel.

For GnomeWorks avatar, it looked female to me, but I wasn't exactly sure about that. Thx for clarifying.

Guess I should get myself a decent avatar one of these days.

Welcome Amiel, i'm new here aswell, welcome to the boards!

As for the women thing i dont see what the problem is? Unless you feel uncomfortable being the only male and with the idea of women finding you attractive scares you (i.e. why? how?) then there shouldn't be a problem. Believe me, alot of people envy you :) At my college i've got one class where i'm the only guy and another where i'm one of two guys so i kinda know where you are coming from.

As far as asking her out goes, go for it, the worst that could happen is that you get rejected, rejection is bad, but not knowing is worse :P

Welcome to ENWorld hehe :)
