And this is a good thing. If healing actually comes close to matching the round's incoming damage then combat doesn't end until spell slots are exhausted. Also it downgrades martials and tanks even further into being the glove puppets.
Rather that than to be an inflatable punching bop bag spending every round going "I didn't hear no bell".

That said, I don't imagine it will match incoming damage even with the boost.

Did cure spells really need a buff?
I haven't had a chance to read the PDF yet but yes 100%. The healing in 2014 5e is so abysmal it almost requires the gm maintain yoyo/wackamole healing and all of the problems caused by rest /recovery rules being designed as they are*in order to avoid crashing into dcc funnel style gameplay.

* No meaningful hurdles to start, Almost guaranteed success if players just keep trying till the gm folds, all of nothing explosive recovery that encourages "let's try again" rest loops if interrupted no matter what, etc

Pretty disappointed on the Moon Druid. No other druid is going to use it much - but what I want from the shapeshifting specialist is to lean in hard to the shapeshifting part and go owlbear, dinosaur, or even at higher level creatures I've literally invented. This is where the templates would be good. A misty stepper that casts in combat is a weird fantasy.
Can't you reskin the beast stat block to be what you invented exactly like you would the template?
