New Weapon Feats

Ok, a while ago I had a couple feats for using bastard swords two handed...and since then I thought up a couple new ones.

Fast Two-Hander
When you using a Bastard Sword with both hands,
you make fast, sweaping swings that are
harder to avoid.

Prerequisites: Str 13+, Weapon Focus (Bastard Sword, 2h),
Expertise, BAB 1+

Benefit: You gain 1.5x your strength modifier to
your attack as well as damage when using a Bastard
Sword with both hands.

Normal: You gain 1x your strength to attack, and 1.5 to
damage.



And the next one...


Improved Fast Two-Hander
When armed with a bastard sword, your slashes
are lightning fast, and hit with great force.

Prerequisites: Str 13+, Weapon Focus (Bastard Sword, 2h),
Expertise, Fast Two-Hander, BAB 12+

Benefit: Your gain double your strength bonus to attack
and damage when using a bastard sword with
both hands instead of 1.5.




The only thing I'm worried about is the requirements...

NO!

NO WAY! What are you thinking... Either this is a troll or just 2 bad feats. You break the system by giving 2h-weapon wielder enormous advantage. Do you know how much extra hit bonuses Polymorphed fighter would get if he had this feat?
