OK, I need to ask a favor. I found an article on the net called New World Order. IT was about worldbuilding. Could somebody post me a link to the site it was on? Thanks.

I think this is an out of print super heroes game.

The art looked great but I heard the rules were awful, but I never played it so take that for what it is worth

No, it was a recent article about building a world, specifically for D&D 3rd edition. I don't think the name of the site was New World Order either.

I beleive that New World Order is the tag line to Steve Jacksons Illuminati Collectible Card Game.

As far as the site - I can't really help you unless you give some more information..... or I would suggest the brute force yahoo search method.
