Hmm here’s mine.
1) Get down to 75kgs and stay there. My weight over the last 4 years has fluctuated between 75 & 85 kgs. I’d like to get down to 75kgs for a good long while, heck even go under down towards 70 if I can. But more than actually losing weight I want to start building up some decent muscles. Of course my intense dislike of gyms puts a dent in this – the Martial Arts training does help though.
2) Be a better boy-friend: I’m not a bad guy or anything but over the past few years I’ve noticed that my partner at I have been taking each-other for granted a bit. Admittedly we’ve been together for 7 years now and helped each-other through post-grad, beating cancer, moving across the globe together etc. I love her madly, so the least I can do is try to show that in the little surprises and things that people do for the ones they love.
