Thanks Karen S. Martin is listed as both the editor and one of the authors of the original AD&D Forgotten Realms Campaign Set, along side Jeff and Ed, how did she shape and influence the Forgotten Realms in that book, like what parts did she write?

And question #2 What are their feelings on the FR MtG set, including that Elminister got left out of it?

Karen was an editor and they both give her no end of praise. She's got a web site and still doing freelance editing.

Elminster wouldn't sit still for the portrait for the magic cards. So....

Jeff Grubb suspects that more recently used characters are appearing which leaves out Elminster.
