I just got the first 2 seasons on DVD for Christmas. Dang I love this show :) The commentary is just great! Listening to the cast talk about what was going on during the show was rad, and really funny.

Makes me miss Phil Hartman, though :(

Anyone else like this show as much as I do? Anyone else get the DVD sets? I plan on getting the season 3 set later this month. It's 30 dollars on Amazon.

Easily my favorite comedy show that had one of the greatest ensemble casts in history. I have seasons 1-4 on DVD. Haven't watched them all yet or the extras but that's only because I'm waiting a bit. I watched my old VHS tape and the A&E re-runs constantly so I know the eps in and out.

Frell yes! You have good taste, Mr. Crichton.

I got Season 4 for Christmas -- watching it on my laptop made a rough flight back from Florida almost bearable. I love that show.

A few years back I was out of work for an extended period, and I discovered by chance that one of the cable channels was running it (A&E maybe?). It became a lunchtime ritual, and a nice break from sending out resumes and looking for work all morning.

One of the things I liked most was how they used background action as a counterpoint to what was going on in the foreground -- whether it was Matthew tripping over something, or Jimmy wandering around, etc.

Not as much as you do. On the plus side, it has Phil Hartman. On the very negative side, it has Andy **ick.

I'm all for calling him Andy Ick. It was Jon Lovitz that really got to me though. :)

NewsRadio was a rediculously good show, and I've been known to quote it from time to time still (mostly "Boo Bill, boo"). Plus, Maura Tierney has the same birthday as me. And she's hot in NewsRadio too, bonus.

It was on A&E a few years ago, IIRC.

I loved this show.
It was put on the local CW channel, and I started DVR'ing it immediately and watch it religiously.

I still get sad when I think about Phil Hartman's death and his almost forgotten career by so many until he died.
Yet people like Ryan Seacrest get a star on the walk of fame...
