why any of those forms instead of +20 to all attacks and sn vs touch ac on every attack?

You dont need it. You can't miss if you hurled ninja stars at the moon blindfolded. Then you would crit. And sneak attack. And have a bonus to confirm said crit.

PS, asking advice on how to break this? Id need glue to repair it just to break it.

I guess what I am saying is that asking us to offer advice on something we clearly can't due to MASSIVE house rulings is impossible. Take what you have and run.

Crossbow Sniper requires Weapon Focus, I think. Your build idea looks good generally, but with your limited feats, you may want to focus more on melee or ranged only. As a ninja, you basically had no benefit to being in melee because flanking didn't help. As a rogue...you'd be best off in melee with TWF I think. Assuming the DM hasn't adjusted monster AC to account for your +20 to hit vs. touch AC on every single attack...

the character has quite a few disadvantages. he is a level 10 character with !!!!!47 hp!!!!! even the party wizard was more than him. AC 20, so as you can see it's very dangerous to get into melee (and i like melee). the dm also gave me a crossbow and not rapid reload. saves are also very low fort +3, ref +12, will +4. and the feats suck.
