ninja, sudden strike and strategy

yup i have, I'm going to start with the default ninja equip, here are my stats

str:15(3)
dex:18(4)
con:12(1)
wis :16(3)
int :12(1)
char:13(1)

ba +6/+1
ac 18
ki power 7
sudden strike +5d6

feats
point blank shot
precise shot
stealthy ( i'll change it either into imp iniciative or rapid shot)
ready shot
staggering strike

i'm still chosing skills

I like dthe idea of poison. I think I may buy some bolas and caltrops as well. so, when a ninja gets to hit a sudden strike, due to enemy being paralyzed or let's say...asleep, it apllies to every attack? in this case, the two ba?

As long as the person is denied their dex to every one of your attacks, then you get sudden strike. If your DM is a big pain, he could say that after the first the sleeping person wakes up, and thus no sudden strike. If the character somehow becomes un-stunned in the middle of your attacks (some personally researched cleric spell that is an immediate action) then you no longer get sudden strike.

Ways to get off full sudden strike:
Somone grappling your target
Catching them flat-footed
Improved Invis
Stun and Paralyze
Taking levels in Invisible Blade lets you Feint as free actions I belive
Blind the target
If your target is inside the spell Darkness and you can see in Darkness (warlock spell)

Edit: I'd really think about multi-classing to monk with those stats. The bonus movement, and an the ability to stun foes on your own is really nice. Even if you lopped off 2 ninja levels, you'd lose 1(maybe 2)d6 sudden, and 1 ki point, and maybe some armor but gain the ability to stun, flurry, probably some more hp, deflect arrows is always nice and some saves. Then take your next level in monk, then after you get Monastic Training, go back to ninja,

If your using your invisibility to perform a sudden strike it would only apply to your initial attack.

Per the Invisibility spell: making an attack while invisible immediately ends the spell.

I am playing a Ninja 7/ Chameleon 7. I took improved feint and heavly invested skill points into bluff.

Otherwise check out PHB II for

Pump your init for more chances at multiple SA's in the first round. To that end take Imp. Init., Quick Reconnoiter (2 Init and a free spot&listen check each round), and Guerrilla Scout (+1 init Spot and Listen always cost 1 point). Then petition to take levels in Dread Commando for the Competence bonus to Init.

yeah, I think I'll take some lvls as monk. or maybe as shadowdancer? the hide in plain sight could be useful, as well as the shadow walk.

another thing. if i used some kind of smoke bomb. would that allow sudden strike? or is it just as if it was a fog spell?

True,.

But the Invisibility special quality of the ninja has nothing to share with the spell with the same name.

Read it carefully: nowhere you'll find any references to the spell.

hmmm, but even with the ninja's inivisiblity, he would only score 1 sudden right?
No. Since the ninja's invisibility lasts for one round, unlike the invisibility spell (which ends after the first attack), you get a sudden strike on every attack.
