For what purpose? For one, if you take too many dips in other classes, you are going to lose out too much on the Sudden Strike damage.

If you were thinking of combining Hide in Plain Sights from the Shadowdancer, then you run into the same problem as using the Invisibility spell. You'd be hidden, but you would only get 1 Sudden Strike attack, and then be seen (because you just attacked). Doesn't seem worth it to me. That is what Ninja Invisibility is for. The main advantage of Hide in Plain Sight vs. Ninja Invisibility is that it doesn't run out like your Ninja Invis will eventually do (through your limited ki uses).

Which feats do you guys think that would fit a ninja?

Take a look at Dragon #342: there are 7 nice Ki feats for the ninja.
