Niobe's Dilemma (Manzanita Judging)

"Captain, it seems more of our band is in a bad shape. Could you send for a healer, for their wounds seem more than we can handle.

"Does anyone recognize any one of these people?"


OOC: I'll be out travelling for much of this week. Will be posting when I can.

"Aye, we'll have a few at Lord Pician's place by the time we bring Niobe back there, I'm sure they can tend to you as well," The Captain says.

The man writing looks up as the Captain escorts Niobe out of the room, and a look of shock crosses his face before he gets back to writing.

The man finishes up writing towards the end of page three, and is hauled away by the guards after his armor and weapons are removed.

As you're ready to leave the inn (whever you decide to go), you spot Troi riding back into town, Jaan slumped accross the back of his horse, looking fairly pale.

The note basicly names each person that was there, the leader of those where were up there (Zackary, the man who was weilding the rapier and short sword, and wearing the mithril chain) as well as Zidaniel, the man who hired him. He writes out details of how he was looking for money with a new baby on the way, and was suspicious of the job but the money was good. He was guarding a sick princes who didn't want her whereabouts to be know, and might be needed to help move her later. Zidaniel, her personal guard, took care of all the arangements, and Zachary simply handled keeping the guys alert and on task. OH HELINA THAT'S NIOBE, I DIDN'T KNOW! We were supposed to be moving her tomorow if help for her couldn't be found today.

That's a sumary. The guy himself is much more detail oriented, and is very descriptive, but there is no other name that sticks out, and from what you can tell, he's fairly sure Zidanial was the leader, and he never mentions the man's last name (He does know all the other men and their names though). He also talks about his failed locksmith business, his pending 4th child, and mentions a harpy of a wife.

OOC: Short of Zachary potentily knowing more, yes, at the moment. You could always follow up with his harpy of a wife
