Sorcerer PrC:

Eldritch Master: Hard to find (only in a Dragon article, never reprinted), forego your high level spells in order to know more low levels. Dubious usefulness.

Dragon Disciple: Useful only for Sorcerer 1/Barbarian X combination. It's a class for melee combat.

Heartwarder of Sune: From Faiths & Pantheons, rather aimed at bards, but IIRC a sorcerer may qualify.

Try the Eunuch Warlock prestige class in Oriental Adventures. (Just file off the "eunuch" part and the requirement that the character must be male since those are setting-specific requirements.)

The class gives bonus spells known like the Eldrich Master but you can take those spells at any level of spell you can cast short of the highest. You also get to choose Mighty Spells that you can cast as ALWAYS empowered and at no extra cost. At the highest level you get a spell (possibly two, I can't remember) that you can cast as always maximized.

The class also gives an ability where all of your Spell focus feats are treated as Greater Spell focus.
