If it makes the difference between you coming or not, I'd be willing to offer you a place to stay. The accomodations ain't much (we don't have a guest room so you'd be looking at the couch in the basement or a sleeping bag on the floor), but you're welcome to them.

I appreciate the offer, I'll let you know if I can make it. I'm not cancelling my gaming slots just yet, but it doesn't look likely.

Just wanted to say I'm still on to run at least one D20 session for this. I've been mulling over whether I had the time to do another game (using a little less crunchy a system) but it seems like an awful lot to cover in one day.

Definately looking forward to meeting you folks for the first time.

I just went and cancelled my game slots.
There is now an opening in Henry's d20 Modern game, and another open slot in the GURPS Hellboy game.
I'm really sad that I have to miss out on this Game Day, but I just don't have the time to take a full weekend right now. But I'll be back for the next one!

Doh! Yes, I didn't realize that I had somehow gotten two different accounts over here.

Yes, I'll be updating people on the status of the game as of this weekend. I'd love to go ahead and fill up most of the slots (leaving a few for walkons) so that I can begin player prep in earnest.

If you folks are interested in hearing about how a past run of this game has gone (don't worry, the spoilers are minimal, because i've changed things almost 100%) PM me or drop me an email (anorris@pobox.com) and I will try to pimp my game to you. Or check out some actual play comments in this thread .

Rel, I appreciate the offer, and if you don't mind, I'll keep it in mind until the 26th or so. I'm talking with Tyler to determine his plans (he's moving out of the area that week, but still wants to go with me and I'm assuming split a room), but I'm talking with him this weekend on specifics. I am running an Arcana Unearthed Game

Ice Breaker
Arcana Unearthed - Adventure
4-6 Players level 5 (Pre-Gen)

You've been captured, tried, and found guilty of various crimes throughout the Diamond Throne. After serving incarcerations of varying lengths you've been offered a reprieve. Accept this Oath, journey to the Ice Caves of Peron, penetrate the defenses of the Dramojh cache there, retrieve the memory stone therein, and you will be pardoned.

Characters will be given limited resources, and taken to the region near the ice caves in shackles. You will be required to find your own resources to survive and complete the mission.

Intermediate Level Players (some knowledge of D&D rules, and a familiarity with AU would be helpful)

So far it is completely open. It will be 9am-1pm
