We've worked through five/six gamedays now and found two slots 9:30-2:30 and 4:00-9:00 works out (on a Saturday) with the game store's schedule (they are very accomodating for us, admittedly). Crothian's Ohio Gamedays work a somewhat different schedule, so hopefully he'll drop in and give you his feedback also. A lot of it depends on the people who own the space, and what the attendees find fits in their own schedules. If the first time it is just three games it shouldn't be a problem doing one, nice, long slot and just relaxing through some roleplaying. You might even want to keep some extra pre-gen chaarcters at each table in case someone dies in one game and wants to jump into another!
